Our Conference and Collaboration Zone on the mezzanine floor of The Sir Peter Rigby Coronation Food Hub offers two high-spec, flexible meeting rooms which are available individually or as one combined space for larger groups.
Each room is fitted with AV facilities, and there is free Wifi access throughout. With parking available on site, we have everything you need to ensure your event runs smoothly.

Meeting Room Hire Costs & Information
- Meeting room hire is priced at £500 per day or £250 per half day.
- Room hire is available from 9am - 4pm and includes the facilities for conferencing and tea, coffee and cold drinks.
- A delicious meal created from nutritious surplus food can be added to your booking at a cost of £10 per person.
- Next to the rooms is our Conference and Collaboration Zone, providing a relaxing break-out area with kitchenette and refreshments.
- The Metro Room and The Wilson Room can be combined to offer a substantial, flexible space for corporate meetings. It seats 16 delegates boardroom style.

Community Kitchen Hire Costs & Information
- Commercial Kitchen Hire is priced from £250 per day
- Hire period is from 9am-4pm and is suitable for recipe development and chef training. Please note the dining room, training kitchen and chef are not included.
- Training Kitchen Hire is priced from £250 per day
- Hire period is 9am-4pm and includes kitchen hire and kitchen equipment. Please note the dining area, commercial kitchen and chef are not included.
- Commercial Kitchen + Dining Area + Training Kitchen Hire for Events – From £150 per hour (minimum of 4 hours), maximum capacity 50 guests.
- Recommended times 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm
