Gifts from philanthropists, charitable trusts, and foundations play a vital role in helping FareShare Midlands redistribute good-quality surplus food to people across the region who are facing food insecurity. With only part of our income coming from public and statutory sources, we rely heavily on the generosity of our supporters to sustain and grow our work.
Our aim is to build meaningful, long-term partnerships with those who share our vision of a fairer, more sustainable Midlands – where no good food goes to waste, and no one goes hungry.
Philanthropic giving allows us to go further, faster. It empowers us to innovate, scale up our reach, and respond to urgent community needs in ways that statutory funding alone cannot. Current priority projects include:
We will work closely with you to understand your values and philanthropic goals, ensuring that your gift is aligned with a project that matters to you. Whether unrestricted or project-specific, your support will make a measurable difference to the communities we serve.
Our Philanthropy and Partnerships Team is here to support you every step of the way. To explore how you can create lasting impact through giving, please contact Pauline at pauline.clarke@faresharemidlands.org.uk.
