Turn your potato peels into something delicious!

Winter is for roast dinners - and the roast potato is often the star of the show. But - why waste the peel?
Make the process of peeling potatoes for roasties even more rewarding by turning your potato peels into potato peel crisps. 

  1. Wash and scrub your potatoes.

  2. Peel your potatoes.

  3. Add oil, salt and your favourite herbs and spices. This could be thyme, paprika, garlic powder and/or parsley. Whatever takes your fancy.

  4. Cook the peels in the oven/air fryer at 200°C for 15 minutes (or until golden and crispy), turning halfway through.
The fun doesn't have to stop there... you could have a go at turning your parsnip and carrot peels into crisps as well!
