This initiative, funded by the National Zakat Foundation, is designed to support individuals who have been unemployed for an extended period by providing them with FREE training, qualifications, and experience needed to secure full-time employment.

The program, lasting approximately four weeks, offers:

A forklift truck licence qualification and a licence that you can keep.
Certifications in Level 2 Food Hygiene and Level 2 Health and Safety in the Workplace.
Hands-on work experience within our food warehouse to build confidence and transferable skills like teamwork, time management, and problem-solving.
One-on-one CV writing sessions and targeted interview preparation to enhance employability.
Direct connections to local employers actively seeking talent in relevant sectors.

Who is it suitable for?

Unemployed.
Aged 18 and over.
Looking for work within the logistics sector.
Living in the West Midlands.
